1. Bespoke & Order-Based Nature

Every garment at Mixfabric™ is strictly "Made-to-Order" or "Bespoke." We do not maintain ready-to-wear inventory. Production begins exclusively after order confirmation and submission of custom measurements.

2. Crafting Period

As each piece is individually hand-crafted by our artisans, the standard crafting period is 15 to 20 business days. This period excludes shipping and transit time.

3. Measurement Responsibility

Accuracy is vital for a bespoke fit. Clients must provide measurements using our official guide. Mixfabric™ is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect data submission. We offer a one-time fit adjustment if the delivered garment differs from the submitted measurements.

4. Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once fabric is cut or blocked for your silhouette, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made garments are exempt from standard return policies. We do not offer refunds or returns unless a genuine manufacturing defect is present. In such cases, the item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All disputes are subject to Ambala City jurisdiction.
